Shipping and payment terms
Your order will be processed and shipped during the week, Monday through Friday. Order processing time is typically between 1 and 3 business days. Please note that your order will not be shipped on weekends.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery of goods in Germany usually takes place within 10-18 business days. After order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Once you've paid, your order will be shipped as soon as the amount is credited to our account. From then on, delivery time is 10-18 business days within Germany and varies depending on the item.
Sustainable shipping
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will try to ship them all in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
Shipment
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland. Shipping costs (including VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
Delivery times

When paying with PayPal, your PayPal account will be debited when the goods are purchased.
Payment by bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, the goods will only be shipped after your payment has been received. You can use the SOFORT payment service or make your own bank transfer.

Further details on payment
If payment is made by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least five days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your account by the notified date.
